Lancaster General Health Downtown Pavilion

Fantastic experience: Brenda checked us in and Courtney was the nurse that took my ultrasound, they were so pleasant and kind. Place is kept very clean and staff are all so nice to talk too. Courtney walked me through everything she did and gave me plenty of time to ask any questions.

Fantastic experience: My Husband and needed to go to urgent care, we went to the downtown Pavillion. The people are so kind from the moment you enter. We saw Dr. Raff .he is a thorough and very knowledgeable, kind dr.we will go to the Pavillion from now on.

Fantastic experience: I was scheduled a Covid-19 test here for a pre-procedure and wasn’t given much information from my provider except the address. I walked in and the ladies at the desk were so nice and everything was quick and simple. I was relieved I had gotten the right place (I thought maybe it was the Urgent Care which is actually upstairs). Within 10min I was called back and the gentleman that did my swab was so kind and pleasant. I was in and out within 15min I would say total.

Fantastic experience: The best experience I’ve ever had at any Outpatient facility! From the greeter to the front desk clerk everyone was attentive and friendly. I checked in for a CT scan and had Zach as my tech he was the most friendliest and professional of all. He placed an IV in my arm and I didn’t feel a thing! Not one poke or pull. He was also training Rosa who was just as friendly and professional. Thank you for making my painful situation a good experience it’s appreciated! ????

Fantastic experience: I came in 10 minutes before closing and was still given excellent service. My veins are really tough to find and always take a very long time to find but Chandra was patient with me and did a really good job keeping me calm and relaxed while she did her work. The best experience I've had with my least favorite type of doctor visits.
