Mirasol Physical Rehab Center

Fantastic experience: I had pelvic floor PT here for the last few months. It was immensely helpful and improved my quality of life. Carla, the pelvic floor PT is amazing, and worked with me for several sessions to address issues I had with my pelvic floor muscles. I was able to meet my desired goals to improve my symptoms of urinary urgency, frequency, and pelvic floor pain during my treatment here. I highly recommend this place! It's honestly been a really positive experience and life changing for the better really.

Positive experience: Mirasol has been a great place for my pelvic floor therapy. Everyone who works there is absolutely amazing and Steph has helped me make leaps and bounds in my pelvic floor health! She is always willing to answer questions I have and has even taught me things that I can do on my own when my hips lock up. The ONLY reason I am not giving them 5 stars is the new management/owners. When they first took over there weren't too many changes that I could see, but that has changed in the last few months. While I understand that the location change was out of their hands, the new location is just not built with pelvic floor therapy in mind. The rooms that they have been placed in are just too small for pelvic floor therapy. They are also missing essential pieces (like easy use bathrooms and sinks) in the area they are placed in. Now, they are also shortening appointments to 40 minutes, which for someone who only goes once a week will be awful for my pelvic floor health. Unfortunately this is the only pelvic floor therapist in the area and I have the awful feeling that this new management is going to run off their pelvic floor therapists, putting many of us in a difficult position for our health. I would very much like to shift this rating to 5 stars, but until the new management listens to the therapists and patient needs, it will remain at 3 stars.

Fantastic experience: I recommend this facility for their excellent care. My therapist was Dr. Amina Venson and she was knowledgeable and kind. She is a gift to her patients. The staff at Mirasol was polite and helpful. Thank you so much for the great care.

Positive experience: I would like to give 5 stars because the therapist was awesome the ladies are very nice. The only problem I have is I asked about my copayments, a few times I was told there is none. Plus I was charged a $100 no show WHICH was my fault for forgetting to call and cancel on a Monday. So make sure you call to cancel 24-48 hours in advance, also double check on copayments don’t take their word for it. Other than that the place and service is great.
