Las Cruces Post-Acute Care & Rehabilitation of Cascadia

Fantastic experience: My mother-in-law stayed with the fine professionals at Cascadia for almost 2 months. During that time we saw first hand the exceptional care they provided. They went above and beyond numerous times and turned a difficult situation into a positive experience. You can not find a better Post-Acute Care facility in Southern NM. Shout out to Erma, Xochitl, Erica and the entire nursing and therapy teams!

Fantastic experience: After spending 2 weeks with my wife at Cascadia I highly recommend this Rehab Hospital. The staff is friendly, competent, and caring. From clean well appointed rooms to restaurant quality foodservice this is the place to go when you need to recover.

Fantastic experience: My grandma was recently admitted for around 8 days and she absolutely loved it. She was nervous at first but starting from day of admission the staff made sure she was comfortable and at ease. They were very nice and she was thoroughly impressed with the facility as a whole. The entire staff as a whole as well were absolutely amazing to her. Thank you for taking such good care of her and we are beyond grateful for the staff making sure she was cared for like family.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was admitted for 2 weeks.She had been in a real bad car accident and broke her lower back, a broken wrist and a fracture on cheek..when she arrived at the center she was greeted by staff and for those two weeks she was motivated by her nurses and various employees who took her surgery and wounds to the heart .she had something to show me everyday and something positive to say about who ever worked with her that day..my daughter made a miraculous recovery and was very content with all staff that attended to her..3 weeks ago We were told she couldve stayed paralyzed, she would have to learn to walk again.On this day two weeks later she was able to walk out of the rehabilitation center and we thank all those who worked with her. She had a 6 1/2 hour surgery, 8 pins and and 3 screws in her back..I didnt think she would be walking this soon..thank you
