Fantastic experience: Trunk or treat was cancelled but still came up and they let the kids get candy. Staff was super sweet

Negative experience: Feeces was in my love one bed. A man was in a wheel chair in the hallway peeing on the floor and no one cleaned it. The director is very rude!

Fantastic experience: The CNA’s at the facility is the best I’ve seen so far, nursing staff is just all around amazing.

Positive experience: I find it a bit difficult to rate as only visiting twice being on a Sunday at this time. There were several patients in wheelchairs hanging around in the hall. They were apparently very lonely and stopped me in an effort to have conversation. This time several staff members spoke to me which wasn't my experience on my first visit. I want to come during the week to see if they're offering activities for the patients. I

Negative experience: A night shift CNA came on shift while I was heading out for my shift. She asked if we voted and myself and another nurse said no. Since we didn’t vote we have been blocked on the app from picking up shifts. I had no idea that healthcare would come to this..

Negative experience: If I could I would give 0 stars came 2 hours away just for you to say you choose the other candidate you could have call me just to say that god is still alive got a much better paying job offer anyway so good luck on the other candidate hope that last cause you can check my references and background bet you want hear anything bad only good but hey wasn’t meant for me

Fantastic experience: The RN’s and tech’s have been great taking care of my husband. The physical therapy staff are awesome they work with him everyday and he is improving this is a slow process but I am so glad they are persistent with him. I would also like to mention Brooke She is very nice and knowledgeable. If an issue comes up she addresses it and resolves it I also would like to thank Crystal for all her help working with Medicare All in all we are very happy with Midlands Healthcare and Rehabilitation

Negative experience: This is the worst place to bring your family …They will let them Deteriorate !!!! They see things that need medical emergency and will not do anything until it gets worst!!!….The worst Nurses and the Worst Managers and Supervisors They don’t listen to you at all They all work together and stick together….Do not send your love ones here!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Wouldn’t send a dog here! Very unprofessional, weekends hardly have anyone here, the facility is dirty, staff not friendly. My grandmothers tv didn’t work for the duration of her stay. Even getting discharged, had to wait, not offered seating, just a horrible experience. For your loved one’s to be cared for, you have to constantly call everyday, and even then, no one hardly answers and if you’d like to speak to me personally about my concerns, I’m sure you can contact me since the comment was mentioned

Negative experience: I’m in disbelief on how can DHEC can allow a facility to operate under such poor management. The choices for availability that accepts medicare are limited with very low quality. This place does not have the access to proper equipment nor the STAFF to take care of folks. The was my very last choice after other places didn’t have any beds for my relative. I’ve check the reviews here and also a former resident warn me not to come here. I’d figure if i check on him daily and visited the staff will be on top of his care…boy was I wrong. During admission everything went good, the only concern i had was they never answered the phones. I’m not going in details with my experience due to a legal matter. But if your goal is for your love ones to get better this is definitely not the place. You may have to get rehab services setup in your home before u bring them here. These people don’t have no common sense nor resources to help. Please do not come here if you love your family. I feel like I’d failed my family because matters went from good to worst under MHR care.

Fantastic experience: Shameika was so pleasant she was very sweet in orientation. Kadi was amazing she’s very welcoming

Negative experience: I wouldn't send my dog there rude people not licensed staff or certified to take care of anyone medicade and Medicare pay then for people to go there but they want peoples checks to not going to happen to me I don't have to go where i don't want to be and be around people who don't care the doctor they have would not have examined me cause I wouldn't have let him or her do so a bunch of uneducated people who think they are real nurses leave my family alone as well

Negative experience: Poor quality of care and they need cnas who actually want to help these residents. No residents should have to be refused care and you should not mentally abuse the resident. If you have a loved one there, be sure to always pop up and make these people do what they need to do..

Negative experience: They have an aggravating black male nurse here that's back in firth in me an females room all the time and they don't think it's abnormal.2(25)23 I comforted him about he got ghettoman he knocks on my door at nite for no reason his crazy he fakes his west indies with his southern black accent various types of music is west Indian the type I play nit heard in USA he don't know never heard of this nurse James his a clown

Negative experience: Midland Health Rehabilitation will call you in work,but don't want to pay after person work. This is 2x I am begging them to pay me my money.

Fantastic experience: I started back at Midlands and had orientation with A Ms.Ursula Cannon, She was not only a delight she made the orientation fun and Swift she also was very informative about everything we needed to know. I’m looking forward to working with Midlands health and Rehab again.

Fantastic experience: I started over a week ago and can honestly say that I’ve been treated with such kindness. Excited too work with a new team of people.

Positive experience: I liked the staff they were good the only problem I had was there was no communication with me. My husband told them to contact me for different decisions. I have yet to hear from them. I was not happy with the housekeepers they skipped his room everyday. I can't believe that they wanted people to heal properly a dfeel comfortable how when you have a unkept room. I will be glad when he comes home.

Negative experience: The staff at the top are great, but sadly their caring and ability does not trickle down to the staff doing the work. The food that is given is not too nourishing. If you want to talk to your loved one you can pretty much forget about it unless you want to go and talk through a window. The facility has (1) cordless phone for the entire North Wing for all residents... So, most of the time the phone is in use, or dead. The best contact to have is the Social Worker. She acts like she cares and does the best that she can to connect you to your loved one and see to their health. A very nice and caring person. My recommendation is to try Pruitt Health in Ridgeway SC. Their service and ability to have more than (1) cordless phone to be able to keep up with our loved ones is worth it.

Positive experience: The dietary staff has no idea what to serve patients' diets. My dietitian at dialysis had to send a letter and a list of what I could and couldn't eat or drink. Went 3 days without scrambled eggs, told them I couldn't eat sausage and they still served me it. Some of the charge nurses and techs treated me well. Was glad or will be glad when I go home. The therapists did excellently.

Negative experience: The staff is incredibly rude and completely un willing to help. The will do everything possible to stifle progress. They told us ass long as they were there they would provide PT. They only work with them for 2 months and gave up. since then they have gotten worse because they leave people in beads for days at a time and refuse to get them up.

Negative experience: Theft is rampant there. The place is disgusting with multiple DHEC violations. The staff there is incredibly rude and refuse to give proper care. They refuse to give patients showers. They will leave patients on bed pans and soil dippers for hours at a time.
