He provides thorough explanation on what is causing the pain and demonstrates helpful exercises to do at home to help alleviate your pain and discomfort. 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with chronic pain in my lower back that extended into the backs of both of my legs affecting my sleep and daily activity. This situation had gone on for at least 10 years. I knew it was complicated, not just a simple spine adjustment. When I met with Kelsey she listened to the saga of my experience and analyzed the nature of my pain. From there she and I worked to implement a solution that worked beautifully. You must keep up with the exercises that compliment her adjustments and mobility treatment. For the first time in years I have been able to sleep without constantly changing my position. I met with Kelsey for treatment just 6 times and I am 61 years old.
