You were encouraging, kind, patient, understanding and informative throughout my sessions. I didn’t work with Madeline however, her bubbly sense of humor was always refreshing. Fantastic experience: I’m so happy I decided to come to this facility. Staff is very knowledgeable in treatments. Courteous, and compassionate when you’re in pain. The facility is always very clean. They are very attentive to cleaning equipment, beds & etc. after each patient.

Negative experience: Visted here after a car accident and had a fairly good experience until the billing fiasco. There was confusion about how many visits, insurance coverage, etc. Despite paying for most visits up front and having excellent insurance, they still sent me to collections for a bill of less than $300 within a couple of weeks of concluding service with them. As soon as I found out there was a balance, I immediately tried to call and pay it but was told only Amcol (collection agency) could resolve it now. I then immediately contacted Amcol and paid the balance off. A couple weeks later, I get 3 reports on my credit (all showing $0.00 owed) from Amcol/Progressive. Calls to attempt to resolve this have done nothing for me. I had experinces with Midland's ortho, Palmetto Imaging, and others after my accident. Progressive was the only one that caused me a bunch of headache. If you are a cash customer and pay EVERYTHING up front, Progressive might be a good option for you. If you're not, consider any other PT in town that is local and not some chain revolving door PT shop.

Fantastic experience: Was a patient here a while back & the ladies here are very attentive, always pushing you to do better & improve, the ladies at the front always speak & smile when I came in, which I why I was always bringing them treats to eat!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
