Positive experience: After bringing diagnosed with tendinitis in my knee I was assigned to do physical therapy. Most times PT involves equipment that a person doesn’t have at home. I did use that type of equipment on site, but I was also given simple exercises I could do with what I already have at home. With that knowledge I am able to continue doing my exercises long after the appointments have finishes. I would recommend Prehab Physical Therapy Clinic to both the young and young at heart.
