Willow Park Health Care Center

Fantastic experience: This place is much better than its reputation!!!! Do not believe the negative rumors!!!! Majority of the staff are very caring and if something takes time it's because they are very busy or short staffed!! My Dad is there and at first we we were concerned about the facility. Yes, it is old and concrete and needs work but it's clean and the practice good hygiene practices!!! Willow Park is so much better than the the nicer looking place my Dad was before!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: It was a very busy day. I love helping the residents and the employees were very nice to me. They showed and told me everything I needed to know. We was short staffed but we got the job done

Positive experience: Though the place is dated and can use some help aesthetically, the staff are helpful, and have always been kind when I visit my mother. Kay goes well beyond her duties and has been the most helpful and has demonstrated compassion for my mom when she tends to her needs.

Positive experience: The facility has made many improvements in the last year and has also had positive changes in administration. The building is clean and without odor, free from pests/rodents/bugs, improved staffing ratios and improved care to loved ones.
