HPRC Physical Therapy at Horizons Diagnostics

Negative experience: The therapists are good but the insurance department makes mistake and then refuses to refund the money.

Fantastic experience: Great experience...inviting climate, staff very polite and eager to serve. I am walking better because of Physical Therapist Laura and John. They are knowledgeable, patient, demonstrates how to do the exercises. Shared paper images so I can practice the exercises correctly. I have confidence in my movement because of them. Thank you Laura and John. Rebecca and the other greeters at the desk were very polite. The area is clean and items in order. The gentleman cleaning the workout area was very nice and graciously did his task with a smile. Thank you again

Fantastic experience: Great physical therapists. Very friendly, one on one therapy. After knee replacement, they made my visits a good experience. Mariat and Maison took good care of me. They were very caring.

Fantastic experience: From making the first appointment (with marvelous Renee!) to the evaluation, making necessary scheduling changes, the exercises (Jena is a fantastic PT!) and the overall professional and friendly atmosphere, EVERY appointment is a positive experience. The “at home” regimen is easy to understand and follow. The entire staff is invested in helping me get into better health and relieving my pain issues as much as possible. “A++”!

Fantastic experience: I went in for therapy on my neck. Sam was great and helped me tremendously! The dry needling worked wonders on loosening up my neck. Sam also taught me the proper way to sit and stand to assist in keeping my neck from getting stiff. He was so pleasant and patient. I highly recommend him! The entire staff is kind and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I had just a few weeks of balance therapy and I found this location to be excellent. Sam worked with to improve my balance because I have a weakness in my legs due to an autoimmune disease and a desk job for the last 25 years. He was an excellent trainer and gave me some ideas for continued improvement. I had been to this location in 2016 and there has been a big improvement in the want that patients are welcomed. Excellent job.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care given by each professional you meet! Mrs. Renee makes you feel right at home like you have been talking to a friend you have known for years. Mrs. Gena was so involved in my care and made sure to promote the best routine for me! Would definitely recommend for anyone considering physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: I learned some very useful exercises which I continue to use even after stopping my physical therapy. They help relieve my pain and get me through the day. Learning how to do all things in a new way has really helped me also. The physical therapists were great to work with.
