Fantastic experience: I am very thankful that I came across Dr. Bowden at Advanced Spinal Rehabilitation in Layton, Utah. I had back surgery in 2019, still unable to walk or do much of anything for three years. I went to many different clients who assisted me with my pain, but still unable to a lot around the house. I have been having treatments for one in half months. I am able to walk farther, clean my house and still have energy to do other things. The staff are VERY friendly, and the office has more of a "friends and family" feel than a "doctor and patient" feel. Thanks everyone for caring everyone who come into your office. Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Bowden in April, 2014 with a herniated disc @ L4. I had a distectomy on that same disc in 1999. I did not want to have surgery again so I had a consult with Dr. Bowden and started spinal decompression. It took 9 months for me to be comfortable and without pain. He and his staff were and still are wonderful! Very personable, caring & professional. I totally trust him and his expertise and judgment. In Feb 2016, I hurt my upper back and an MRI showed herniation in my cervical spine. This time I had my upper neck decompressed and after two weeks, I was better. After two months I was pain free. I do my exercises to help relieve any discomfort I feel and that has helped maintain my back. I retired and travel now but I know when I am passing through UT, that I can call and get an appointment or walk-in and they will treat me. That's how accommodating and caring they are! I recommend that you give Dr. Bowden a try. You will be impressed @ how he treats you and makes you feel like you want to keep trying! I am so grateful for him and his staff. Fantastic experience: Dr. Bowden is the most open, honest and ethical doctor I've met. He is preventing me from having my spine fused, which was what other doctors told me was my last option after years of physical therapy and multiple cortisone injections. The staff are VERY friendly and the office has more of a "friends and family" feel than a "doctor and patient" feel. The chronic pain I've been dealing with for years has started to dissipate and I've started have pain-free days that I haven't experienced since my 20's! Positive experience: Wow, Chris is bitter. I have been visiting Dr Bowden for 5 months to fix 2 herniated discs in my back. The process was rather expensive but my back has been healing nicely and the pain has all but disappeared. When most doctors were giving me ways to deal with the pain Dr Bowden actually helped my back heal with his new technology in chiropractic care. Only reason I gave 4/5 stars was because the treatment is rather expensive but sometimes living pain free is worth the cost. That is entirely up to you.
