Fantastic experience: I had no hesitation driving to Tanner's Urgent Care clinic to be seen by the on call provider, because of the great care I received on another occasion. I knew there would be professionals whom have caring hearts and the willingness to listen to my concerns and needs. So as the door opened and the doctor walked in, I saw the sweet smiling face of Dr. Baxter. I was happy, and after a few words of laughter he listened to me and acknowledged my pain. I'm grateful he was on call and cared about me and provided the care I needed. Hopefully on my next experience, he'll be on call again. Thank you again.

Positive experience: We have been going there for about 35 years. Most of the time it’s been fine but sometimes it feels like you are just there for their paycheck. There’s a few doctors that I will not ever go to again but we have had ours family doctor for 32 years and have not had any issues. I went in the other day and someone told me one thing too do while someone else was saying a different thing. They need to communicate better with each other so that this doesn’t happen again.

Positive experience: The clinic itself I was very impressed with. They got me in very quickly, even before time, if I showed up early. The nurses seemed very competent and friendly. I was less impressed with the doctor. He seemed very businesslike in his approach. My second visit with him was better though. I had chosen Dr Healey as my PCP, simply because I really needed one NOW, and he was in network and in the right location and accepting new patients. I’m not entirely sold on keeping him as my PCP, but because the second visit was a more positive experience, I am likely to hang in there a little longer.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the privilege of experiencing the exceptional care provided by the staff at Tanner Clinic. I always feel welcomed and at ease, thanks to their warm and attentive demeanor. Throughout the entire process, from pre-surgery consultations to post-operative care, their professionalism and dedication to patient safety were evident. Not only did they ensure that all my concerns were addressed, but they also went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. What truly stood out was their responsiveness; any questions or inquiries I had were promptly and thoroughly addressed, leaving me feeling reassured and well taken care of. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality care and a supportive environment for their cosmetic needs.

Fantastic experience: I two visits at Tanner clinic today. One to an ENT doctor and another to Dermatologist. Each secretary, nurse and physician were kind and helpful. The doctors listened and I felt like I was heard and understood. They gave me the care I need to get better.
