Fantastic experience: Had surgery end of July and started rehab there the next day. Taryn Hunt is my Physical Therapist and she is so knowledgeable and professional in every way. Very friendly and easy to talk to to. Lisa also is awesome. Actually enjoy my weekly visits for rehab thanks to them. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. I have had unbearable neck and shoulder pain for years now and finally getting some relief. I went last year for a few months and now I'm back again being seen for the same problem. Dry needling has helped me tremendously. The staff are great!

Positive experience: Physical therapy is different everywhere I would guess. I've had pt at another local sports medicine hospital a few years back. I have to say this time I felt like bill payer. The therapist went though a script to each person. Asking questions like what kind of things do you enjoy, "fishing" well let's get you back to fishing. I understand we all have to make a paycheck but to hand someone a sheet with 3 exercises this day with the internet and have them come twice a week to get more papers for a 15 minutes visit doesn't seem great.

Fantastic experience: Excellent post-op rehab of shoulder. Great balance between pushing me and holding me back from overdoing it. Joseph and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with. I wish they would offer an ongoing after-insurance treatment option so that I could keep strengthening crucial joints and muscle groups.

Fantastic experience: My experience here is always wonderful. My physical therapist provides individual attene. Sam makes sure that I understand how to implement the exercise through demonstrations. When he's assured that I can do the exercise, he watches as I demonstrate. If assistance is needed, he readily provides it. My rehabilitation has been a meaningful experience.

Fantastic experience: My physical therapist, Sachiko Garner, is very knowledgeable and explains each exercise I have to do and its benefit. The handouts given help me to continue the exercises at home. I also appreciate the valet parking.

Fantastic experience: Over the past few years I've been to three doctors and two different rehab centers for issues with my neck, and Saint Francis was the first group that took the time to really nail down the issue, sending me through multiple specialists at their facility to narrow down the exact problem. Their staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and focuses on coming up with treatment specifically for you rather than just throwing a standard therapy at you and hoping it works. Overall, one of the best medical experiences I've ever had.

Negative experience: Therapy helped I feel about half as much as it could have. Sam Coley seemed to be dismissive when I tried to engage myself in conversation about my shoulder. Gave me his card and told me to call if I needed to. When I did I never got the call back.. twice. Guess the constant click in my shoulder is of unimportance.. the Dr that referred me was also a waste of time. I'll be going elsewhere. Thanks for not much your welcome for the insurance collection.

Fantastic experience: Front desk staff are alway pleasant and courteous. Natalie, my physical therapist, is wonderful. She explains thoroughly and listens to my concerns. She is tolerant but doesn't let me slack off. They have been a tremendous help.
