Positive experience: Up date southern rehab owe me money for over a year I called and asked for my refund more than 20times and received nothing .took them to small claim court,they didn't show but wrote judge that they owe me ,I was awarded judgement but they refuse to pay ,garnishment is my next option, try not to give them your money .medical service is great ... but I need my money.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE this place! Becca is my therapist and she is amazing! I have had back problems and neck problems for years, instead of my doctor sending me to PT, they referred me to pain management. I have had more progress and relief in my healing process here. I am able to actually move my neck from side to side and stand without being in massive pain! This place is a God send! They are all amazing and truly care about each and every person that walks thru that door! I’m so blessed to have found them and will continue to go there to be needled, and for any problems that I may face in the future! I give this place 5 stars and would give more however 5 is the highest!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had spine surgery and two knee cap replacements. All thru out Columbus, Southern Rehab is the only place to go to help you recover properly and adequately. Your time is not wasted where visiting here. Josh Hughes has taken great care of me each time I come in here for my hours worth of PT.

They have listened to me explain my pain and have went above and beyond to resolve my issues to get me back on track. After 2 sessions I already have less pain and better range of motion. Negative experience: Got me in there under false pretenses..walked out in more pain then when I arrived, and passed out from the pain on my way home by myself. You are fired. I would rather not walk at all then to be put through unnecessary pain. If I recieve a bill I will be taking yall to court. Called to address my concerns and was given attitude so yes I became irate over the phone and cursed but they deserved it.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed Had a new patient appointment had to cancel because I had covid. Reschedule for a new appointment Had a misunderstanding about the date of new appointment did not receive a reminder Call or text. Totally understand misunderstanding to 2nd appointment is my fault. But in life things happen I was told I could not reschedule Very disappointed My granddaughter referred them. Just a word of caution to new patients. Would not make any exceptions.

Fantastic experience: I see Rebekah and when I Same amazing she is that. I was a nervous by getting dry needling because previous bad experience. But she is awesome. Not saying it does not hurt but afterward, I feel so much better. All the staff is very friendly and tn tentative to out needs. Thanks so much.

Fantastic experience: Legitimately an amazing place. After almost a year of pain and the run around with the VA, I was referred to them. Within 3 minutes they were able to diagnose me. Started treatment and therapy immediately. Seriously almost a year of pain was alleviated in 45 minutes. I've been steady going back every Tuesday and Thursday. They push you but will not take you past your comfort level. The only down side, I can now help out around the house because the pain is slight to gone most days, but my wife loves that so I guess that's good too, right?

Fantastic experience: My 1st experience at this facility was great. I had 2 therapist that tag teamed with one another and I wasn’t pushed to go beyond the point of my pain level and uncomfortableness. I really wasn’t a fan of the location though because of the crime on that side of town in Columbus Georgia. But it’s only 8 weeks so I’ll just have to deal with it but other than that it was a welcoming experience.

Fantastic experience: This place is the BEST! I had rehab between 2 to 3 times a week. Josh H. was awesome and knew exactly what to do to get me up and moving. Ended up having another surgery and requested to go back to Southern Rehab. I have also recommended this place to several other people. This place is so professional from the front office all the way to the therapist. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I thank my next door neighbor for referring me to them.

Even though you are there for an appointment the kindness and the way the staff treat you feels like part of the family. The staff or individual you are working with listen then goes to work with you in helping deal with your particular issue.. This is my fourth time back the staff has help me in my return to a good quality of life.

Fantastic experience: Great group of rehabilitation professionals. I was referred here because I was looking for a PT that does dry-needling (they have two) and discovered electric stimulation with dry-needling through them. It is basically like having a tens unit hooked up to the needles (amazing). I highly highly recommend this place for anyone having pain and mobility issues, especially post-op.

Fantastic experience: I literally cannot say enough amazing things about this place. The entire staff was amazing! I somehow managed to hurt my back to the point of not being able to walk TWELVE DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING!! I was crying out of pain. They were able to squeeze me in and saw me 4 times before I had to walk down the aisle. They went over exercises with me, cupping, dry needling, etc. I saw DPT Rachael Lacey and her assistant/student in training Ivy. They were so kind and helpful. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did. Thanks to them I was able to walk down the aisle and dance the night away on my wedding night.

Fantastic experience: I came here many months ago due to hip aggravation caused from surpluses of dance as I am a competitive dancer. Rachael and the whole staff was really friendly and helpful. They helped me get to a point where my hip was strengthened again which stopped the knee pain that was happening because of my weak hip. The facility is also very very clean and they make sure to keep you comfortable and allow you to ice or put heat on whatever is in pain after your session. They also gave me exercises to take home and complete to make sure my hip was where it needed to be.

Fantastic experience: The PT’s i worked with Josh and Rachael were very knowledgable and helpful about recovery with knowing all the injury specific exercises that are both helpful and hurtful to specific injurys. I would reccommend them to anyone any time. Very positive environment and great place.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Southern Rehab & Sports Medicine for your Rehabilitation needs. The entire staff from the receptionist to the trainers/therapist are very professional, friendly and courteous to their clients. Not only to myself but I observed this with numerous clients of various ages, fitness & issues. I have been having pain issue with my right hip for over a year now. The pain had finally reached the point of constant aggravation. They listened to my complaints and tailored their therapy to my issue. I have been seeing them weekly for over a month and all I can say is that I am on a road to recovery. The pain has greatly subsided in intensity and frequency. I know one major concern I had was the possible spread of Covid especially since my spouse is extremely high risk. The facility is extremely clean and to my pleasure I observed the staff continuous sterilization and wiping down equipment after their clients finished using them. Fantastic experience: I have never been one to bite my tongue of my experiences, good or bad. But, I feel if I can complain of bad service I can give good reviews of good service as well, and Southern Rehab & Sports Medicine provides Grade A services!!!! I have had quite a bit of PT lately, due to my current physical status, and they have been the friendlies and most seem to be the most concerned with my care, than any I have attended. The therapist are all professional, yet friendly, and knowledgeable, yet understanding to what you are going through on a daily basis!!!! I strongly recommmend them for any of your PT needs!!!!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to them by my local PCM. My therapist couldn’t have been nicer. I was in a lot of pain because of my arthritis and being 70 pounds over weight. She didn’t push me and it was enjoyable session.
