St. Francis Rehab River Road

Negative experience: Haven’t had a good experience yet, maybe because ima single mother with a disabled child so I can’t be dressed properly and pretty when I come because I am tired. One lady really treated me like I was less than at the front desk. I really don’t want to go back. But the therapist were amazing but they are the faces we get greeted with to set the tone for the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I interacted with a St. Francis Rehab was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Joel and Elliott were thorough and attentive, I highly recommend them and the facility.

Fantastic experience: Elliot and Joel are great. Top notch PTs. They both are great at explaining and implementing the process of my hip rehab and making me feel comfortable. After ten weeks I am highly mobile with no pain. I’m am most impressed with their process that gave me the confidence to push myself without fear of injury. I can say that they are the best in their field

Fantastic experience: My experience with St Francis Rehab has been very helpful with my lower back problem. Brittany, my therapist, is professional and truly concerned with helping me heal. She always answers my many questions Also, I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be treated.

Fantastic experience: I was worked in quickly, and Kathy has been very thorough with treatments. What I've really appreciated is how she asks questions, listens to the response, and then moves forward with treatment. Feeling much better, and much sooner than I originally expected.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very helpful from the minute you walk in the front door until you leave. I have worked with Joe and Joel on different problems and have always been completely satisfied with their knowledge and treatment programs. I am not a writer of good reviews unless I feel so inclined. I won’t hesitate to write a bad review, not out of spite, but to encourage improvement.
