Fantastic experience: I have had a meniscus repair surgery & it takes quite a bit of effort to recover. Post Surgey PT is very critical. Shalaka understood my challenges and limitations, helped me achieve my goal in about 8-10 weeks and motivated me to practice at home. She has excellent knowledge & helped me navigate through my rehab easily. She is always available to help and guide. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Shalaka did a wonderful job in unlocking my mother's knee. She is an excellent physical therapist. My mother is suffering from knee Arthritis and her knee got locked while switching sleep position on bed. We went to orthopedic and urgent care but they couldn't unlock the knee and left us in a helpless situation. One of my friends referred us to Shalaka and went to her for physical therapy after 2 days of suffering. She was so kind to accommodate an appointment on the same day on our request though she was fully booked. Shalaka did magic. She unlocked the knee with just one session of physical therapy. My mother started walking within 4 hours after therapy. I strongly recommend Shalaka for your physical therapy needs. She is an amazing physical therapist, very effective. Thank you Shalaka for the wonderful therapy and also for being so kind to accommodate an appointment sooner.

Fantastic experience: Shalaka was an amazing physical therapist. I spent around a month and a half recovering from a hamstring injury with her and each session I was able to see progression made. She is very funny and can hold a conversation about many things which made the sessions more enjoyable. The workouts/exercise we worked on were really beneficial and pushed me to recovery. Definitely recommend !
