STAT MED Urgent Care

Positive experience: I was fortunate to encounter an exceptional nursing practitioner who skillfully relocated my dislocated toe without the aid of an available X-ray on a Sunday. You're truly remarkable! Unfortunately, I endured an hour of discomfort in a stuffy, unventilated room with a closed door while experiencing the pain of a fractured and dislocated toe before mustering the courage to seek assistance. The nurses promptly provided an ice pack and pain relief. Despite the initial discomfort, it was a positive experience overall. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff. I told the doctor that I wish he was available to be my primary care. He was thoughtful and spent time explaining, drawing pictures to help me understand. I received excellent advice. I would recommend anyone to use this StatMed office for their urgent care needs.

Positive experience: Each person I encountered (there were a total of 3 on this visit) was friendly, caring, compassionate, confident, and capable. There are two reasons why I didn't give a 5 star rating. First, I never received the notes the doctor said I would after the visit with my instructions on how to proceed which is why I didn't take my own notes. Second, the app I was forced to use did not let me know what my next steps were after checking in. Was I to stay in my car? Would the office call me when it was my turn? Should I come into the office? I waited for 10 minutes in my car and then decided to go in.

Fantastic experience: Came to Stat Med for an urgent care and experience was superb. Friendly staff with fast and efficient results. Loren had great bedside manner and super knowledgeable. Go see Dr. Loren!!!!

Fantastic experience: Very easy to set an appointment. My requested appointment was available. Great communication. The facility was nice and clean. Staff and Dr were very friendly. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Very pleased overall with my experience.
