Pleasanton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Fantastic experience: I had an unexpected injury and ended up at Pleasanton Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility, with no prior experience with them, after my hospital stay. Was a bit nervous initially as I really wanted to go home. Had an amazing experience here. The facility is in a beautiful area and has a very homey feel. Caring, hardworking, and competent staff. Good food. Very clean and efficient. Physical and Occupational therapy was great, and with my progress, I was confident to go back home in a short time to complete the healing process. My husband was briefed on the processes to make the transition seamless. So glad I was able to get such top notch care. Thank you for everything! God bless you!

Positive experience: I've visited a lot of nursing homes and they all seem the same as a visitor. Someone was at the front desk when we arrived but no one was there when we left. The person I visited seemed as though he was being cared for and his daughter really likes the place.
