Fountain Bleu Health and Rehab

Fantastic experience: This rehabilitation Center exceeded my expectations. Pinky and Debbie, the staff members I had the pleasure of working with, were exceptional. The atmosphere at the center was nothing short of welcoming, warm, and pleasant. From the moment I stepped in, I felt a sense of comfort and positivity that resonated throughout the facility. It's clear that the staff goes above and beyond to create a nurturing environment for their patients. As someone from the Scaling of the Avalon of Auburn Hills Assisted Living, conducting an assessment for a patient moving into our community from their rehabilitation stent, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and attention to detail that they provided to the patient.

Fantastic experience: Five weeks of rehab/PT. First experience with any facility of this type. Came away generally satisfied, would not hesitate to go there again. Nurse “E” was excellent and aide Jennifer was outstanding. Social worker Debbie and LaTonya in admissions were both super to work with. The PT team members Nicole, Hannah, and Renee were cheerful and effective. Nurse Maria and wound care specialist “Pinky” were both friendly and extremely patient. The gentleman who cleaned the rooms, Louie, had the happiest smile you could imagine. Last, but far from least, the place is clean and odor free.

Fantastic experience: I have been so happy with each and every staff member. Caring, compassionate and very attentive to my Dad's needs. Jennifer and Jenna have each helped me so much. Can't say enough about this establishment. I'm beyond grateful to have peace in the knowledge my Father is well cared for!

Fantastic experience: We were so nervous to place my dad in a skilled nursing facility but Fountain Bleu did an excellent job. The rehab staff worked with him five days a week and got him back on his feet and walking steady after his back surgery. The staff was wonderful and they took great care of him. They made sure all of his needs were met. We would return to the center in the future if the need arises!

Fantastic experience: My mother recently stayed for rehab. From the first moment, Sheila and Jennifer were absolutely amazing! This level of care, comfort and support continued throughout her stay. Pinky is also amazing as well as the male housekeeper. (I can't recall his name). All of the staff were very helpful as my sisters and I navigated unfamiliar territory of transitioning our mom from rehab to assisted living. If you are looking for rehab for your loved one, I would highly suggest Foutain Blue.
