Fantastic experience: We brought my mother in law from a different nursing home in which we experienced horrors. Nicole helped us out so much to bring her in, we had Jamie as her social worker and this place was such a blessing to our family. My mother in law was in a deteriorate state in another nursing home. We fought hard to make them do their job and it was a nightmare. When she came here, the facility was clean and the staff was so kind. Definitely caring and every time there was a decision to be made they contacted us to make sure we were okay with it. We were informed at all times. This is such a great facility for those who are looking for rehabilitation services or if you are are looking for long term care for your loved ones. There is nothing like having peace of mind knowing the people who you are trusting to take care of your loved ones actually care. My mother in law spent 7 months in a horrible nursing home, she was neglected and not cared for before Lodi Creek Post Acute. I wish we would have brought her here from the beginning. Today, thanks to Nicole and the Lodi Creek Post Acute team she is finally home, walking and happy. Thank you so much to all of you who pour your heart out to make sure these individuals are able to come back home to their loved ones.

Fantastic experience: My dad was placed at Lodi Creek and they did not disappoint. They were in the process of doing upgrades and it looks clean and new inside. The staff are helpful and the CNA's were amazing. You can trust Lodi Creek with your loved ones.

Fantastic experience: My first experience in a skilled nursing facility and I was impressed. The building is newly remodeled and offers private rooms which is great post pandemic. The staff were caring and compassionate. If I had to be in skilled nursing I would choose Lodi Creek!

Fantastic experience: Lodi Creek Post-Acute is the premiere facility in the Lodi/Stockton/Galt area. The facility is recently remodeled, beautiful and clean. One of the unique features is their 14 private suites. The nursing staff is kind, considerate, professional, and full of energy. The In-House Rehabilitation Team is well versed in their specialties, intuitive, creative, and friendly. The Activities Department is entertaining and cater their activities to each resident's specific interest. The Dietary Department takes pride in their culinary expertise. Lodi Creek Post-Acute exudes a positive atmosphere and is conducive to healing. As a partner to many in the community, it is no wonder they are so well loved and supported by residents, families, physicians, other professionals and multiple healthcare agencies.
