Fantastic experience: Mark is a fantastic professional! Personable, knowledgeable, and realistic. He doesn't make claims that can't be substantiated, and he is focused on making sure the whole body is working right. The best part for me personally is that I feel very secure and respected by him. As an obese woman who has serious anxiety issues but is also working hard to change her exercise and eating habits, I've never felt looked down on or talked down to. I went in for serious shoulder and neck pain from working out - he helped with that, posture issues in my lower back, and breathing. I'm getting treatment I need in order to perform the best I can every time I get into the gym. My trainer even commented that my posture was noticeably better after my first adjustment! As long as you're willing to do the (brief) exercises Mark gives you between adjustments, you will be happy with the results!
