Positive experience: I think their techniques may not be the norm which I was very open to. I would have liked more explanation to what they were trying to accomplish and how their methods were supposed to affect my body. I also felt somewhat rushed. One visit was around 20 minutes and the very first consultation visit was 30 minutes. Maybe that is their trick, that they can accomplish outcomes faster ????‍♂️

Fantastic experience: My lower back was hurting so bad no amount of ibuprofen or pain pills gave me relief. I only resort to taking pills if the pain is really bad. Anyway, the day after seeing Dr. Polka my pain was gone & after several weeks has remained that way. In addition, he worked with me when I realized my insurance wouldn't cover it, so it ended up being more affordable than all the money I'd spent on traditional & less effective PT. I can't recommend 180 PT highly enough. If you are in any kind of pain, you owe it to yourself to give them a try- you'll be glad you did!
