She has helped me improve leakage and gain confidence and freedom to do the things I love again. She has gone above and beyond in helping to address some knee and hip pain as well. Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr Julie at Insight Pelvic Health has been life changing, which smacks of exaggeration, but is true. She is not only a hugely knowledgeable and competent professional, she also is an amazing teacher and has become a friend. The team takes an intense personal interest in each client and offers support in every area. She’s provided referrals for me when necessary and reaches out between appointments to see how things are going. I am pain-free in our targeted area and still receiving her support. I highly recommend checking them out if you have unresolved issues that might involve the pelvic floor; I had no idea before going to Julie how critical pelvic floor health is. One last comment: they are not “lone rangers”. They are well-connected to other professionals and work well within their healthy network.

Fantastic experience: I visited with Dr. Wallace for months after having my first son. We endured pretty traumatic birth that left me getting surgery 4 months postpartum and lots of scar tissue. I had back pain I couldn’t manage well and my chiropractor suggested I see Julie. She helped me feel 1000x better in just a few visits. I learned more about my own body in those appointments and felt confident t making decisions in my workouts to better support my core and pelvic floor. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Julie. Fantastic experience: Dr. Julie is a friend and colleague of mine, for whom I have incredible respect, both personal and professional. As a clinician, she has guided me in both of my post-partum journeys; her well-organized 6-week programs, designed to support us mamas in getting back to enjoying and using our bodies after birth, have been critical for me. She has taught me about preventing prolapse, improving control over leakage, and generally strengthening on a safe but efficient timeline.
