OrthoVirginia Physical Therapy: Lynchburg

Fantastic experience: About five months ago, I started physical therapy to get help with joints/muscles that atrophied after spending a couple of months in the hospital last year. I had been at OrthoVA Physical Therapy about seven years ago, but it was different this time. From the moment I walked in the door, it felt like family. Everyone was so friendly, and great comraderie within the staff. Eventually the receptionists Raven and Aly knew who I was, and checked me in without having to say a word. I saw Stephanie, also a Vestibular therapist, who helped with her knowledge and compassion to fix my vertigo. Then there is Doug who helped me so much with his vast knowledge of great exercises, and devices, including various bands and a thera cane to help heal those joints/muscles. His personality and sense of humor got me through. I could never thank him enough. Ethan was also helpful, filling in for Doug a few times. Now comes the hard part, I have to be disciplined to do the exercises at home! If I could, I would give OrthoVA Physical Therapy ten stars, and would highly recommend!
