Summit Health & Rehab Center

Fantastic experience: My grandmother completed rehab post hip reconstruction surgery. She received excellent care from ALL staff. Her therapists and nurses were all very attentive to her needs. She spend about 60 days at The Summit and we were all very pleased with her care. A special thank you to nurse Kenneth Patterson who helped facilitate in the process. I would recommend if you have a loved one needing top of the line care, The Summit is the place to be!

Positive experience: I had a friend at the summit health and rehab recently in hospice care… .. I wish to thank James ( unit manager), Martha ,Chloe , Nichole , Wanda, Taren( director of nursing ) Jason (PT), Tammy( admissions), and countless others( names I can’t remember at the moment) in the gardens. There were a few challenges but staff were so caring and helpful with my friend in his final days.

Fantastic experience: I worked for Summit when we were under Centra and now we are under Hill Valley. I also worked under another company prior. I can honestly say that the company (Hill Valley) that currently owns Summit has been the best. The company takes care of their employees and truly cares about their employees. Every place has flaws or imperfections but we do strive to correct our wrongs and have goals to be the best.
