Fantastic experience: After speaking with the Lynn Marie, Director of admissions who spent time with my wife and gathered the information regarding what happened to her she immediately went into action and corrected all of the staffing/patient relations that caused my wife stress. At this time all issues I’ve been resolved, and staff has been more than attentive and courteous and providing excellent customer service and patient care
