The PT Zone: Sports Physical Therapy and Wellness

Fantastic experience: I've been in and out of PT for years, at a few places. I finally found the best! Thank you Shira for the hands on experience and I love the variety of exercises - I'm never bored and always have a good time there. Probably the fastest turn around I've had in PT.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at The PT Zone. I came to the gym with a range of motion issue I had been struggling with for awhile. I worked with Kaitlin. This was my first time trying PT so I was nervous. Kaitlin made me feel comfortable. She is a great listener, knowledgeable, and has helped me increase my range of motion through various exercises and stretches while also making the process fun! As I finish up my sessions, I am leaving with an expanded tool kit of how to maintain my flexibility and I have Kaitlin to thank for that. I highly recommend PT Zone and Kaitlin if you are looking for a Physical Therapist.

Fantastic experience: The entire PT Zone team were awesome, I had just come off Hip-Replacement and was struggling to find a PT provider that could accommodate my rehab immediately. Firstly, I received an immediate call back for Shira ( the owner) and I was onboarded that day. Greg was my therapist and he was excellent, I can't say enough about this team ; great group, great service and with an excellent App and online tools which make the whole experience even better. If there is a next time - only one choice for me - this team is Super. Thanks Greg!

Fantastic experience: Working hard now for 3 weeks, recovering from a full knee replacement! Greg and Shira (owner) are both professional, friendly and knowledgeable.Greg is working closely to coach and motivate me to do my best. He always explains exactly what is going to happen and offers the reason why as well ; which I truly appreciate. I highly recommend The PT Zone! Great location too!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter is a competitive gymnast. Five years ago she had surgery on her elbow and we saw Shira for her physical therapy. She was awesome, knowledgeable about athletes and knew what needed to be done to get my daughter back in the gym and competing. More recently, my daughter experienced a significant ankle sprain during a gymnastics practice and needed physical therapy. I immediately searched the web for Shira and found she had her own practice, The PT Zone. I immediately called to make an appointment and Shira was able to get her in within the week. My daughter has been in PT for a couple of months now. Shira and her team give each client significant individual attention, not like those giant PT offices, that feel like a drive through. They also provide alternative techniques like massage and acupuncture needles. I feel that my daughter is getting top quality care and her mobility is increasing with each visit. If you need PT for any injury, I highly recommend the PT Zone.
