Fantastic experience: After visiting numerous facilities, I must say that I'm truly impressed with the staff and residents at Lynwood Post Acute. Everyone is exceptionally pleasant to collaborate with, and the patients have a harmonious atmosphere. From the dedicated Nursing staff, including LVNs and CNAs, who ensure timely medication administration and skilled nursing care, to the Housekeeping and Laundry team that maintains impeccable cleanliness and well-stocked linen carts, and the Kitchen staff who prepare outstanding meals for the residents, every aspect is commendable. The Administration is also notably friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this Nursing facility for your loved one's Rehab/Skilled Nursing needs.

Positive experience: One of the few facilities that actually care for the patients and family members. They really go above and beyond to make sure their needs are met. A couple of days after my mother was discharged from this place, I even got a follow-up call to see how my mother was doing. Everyone here is very caring, the facility is clean, their patients are clean and look happy. The only reason I am giving a 4 star Is because I have wish I was able to see my mother whenever I could instead of having to make an appointment. That was my only problem. Nice place.
