Fantastic experience: Very personable, clarifies points well, able to get x-rays in office. This was helpful, especially when driven back and forth by relatives who are helping me out while I can't be mobile. Also has PT on site, which is convenient.

Positive experience: I enjoyed meeting the staff, they all were very friendly. The only confusing experience I incurred was when upon arrival outside the building, the blue awning states "405 Pearl Street / West" I was not sure then if I was at the right location because of the sign reflecting "West" I called the contact number I had to confirm and the person that answered could not confirm other then the "405 Pearl St" she was unaware of the West and I only wanted to be sure there was no other location or I was in the right city or had to go around the building. Guess they remove the "West" as it was confusing to me , not sure how many others.

Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Sipala...he explains everything he wants to do and will do anything to get you back on your feet! He listens to you and will not dismiss anything you have to say. He's GREAT!
