Fantastic experience: My husband has been here since June. He is well taken care of. The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff is accomadating and are in touch with us .

Fantastic experience: My mom was admitted into Everett Rehab and was there about 2 months. We had horrible experience at their facility and I will make sure to post a review on their site. My sister and I toured Medford Rehab and we decided to transfer our mom. I can't express enough how efficient and smooth transfer was. Huge thank you goes to Azra Sarotic, Tom Lynch and his team for taking such a great care of my mom. Big thank you to Keith Allan for helping my mom to get settled in her room. As soon we arrived one by one was coming into the room to introduce themselves. From nurse, CNA Lindita ( she is amazing), social worker etc. Very professional stuff and they truly care! Finally my mom is in great hands and we can't be happier!!! I would highly recommend this facility. I can assure you your loved one will be well taken for. Thank you ALL for everything you do!!! Fantastic experience: My brother has been a resident at this facility for several years now. For the last 17 months I have taken over the monitoring of my brothers care due to my parents declining health. I am very pleased with the compassionate care my brother receives. The facility is bright and clean with the recent renovations and the food is great according to my brother. The staff has gone above and beyond throughout this whole Covid pandemic to not only keep my brother safe but to keep me informed of the facility's current status. I am grateful to the staff for their dedication and as a RN myself, would recommend this facility to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: My mom has been in this nursing home for 6 years. In the early years there were some rough times when management was in transition, but in recent years it has been getting better and better. Staff are caring, food is good, communication is professional. During the COVID-19 outbreak they went above and beyond to protect and care for the patients, and keep family members informed. Staff took time to facilitate virtual visits regularly when patients are not able to do it themselves. I won't hesitate to recommend this facility to others.

Positive experience: Everyone was great and treated me very nice. Nurses are great and I have no complains, they are kind. Food is okey but portion can be bigger. Housekeeping keep up the place clean and nice. Dana is very nice, compassionate and fair. Rehab team are very good people to work with and motivated me to get better. I will have my surgery on February and I am definitely coming back for my rehab and other care. The place and this place has been my home and family for the past four months.
