Fantastic experience: My therapist, always find out if I am having pain during or after doing my therapy. Before therapy I use to have a lot of pain carrying my groceries. Now there is no pain carrying it now.

Positive experience: Update 19Mar2024, updated to 3 stars. Experience at clinic still stands as not great, but once escalated to the in office manager and the billing manager, then there was a quick resolution reached. They switched me from insurance pay to self-pay prices, and the 6 sessions have come out to ~$600 total. Im familiar with how insurance and clinics work, so I was able to negotiate a deal, but I worry about anyone's experience who is not familiar with how to navigate the system. --------------- Original Review, originally at 1 star. WORST PT EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PT FROM HERE. They will claim you are covered and then charge you insane amounts afterwards. I am STILL fighting the claims from this PT clinic, nearly 5 months after my date of service. I checked with my insurance to make sure they were in-network. When I walked in, I went through the paperwork, and the front desk said there was no payment required, now or later. I know my plan, so I was quite surprised by this and asked them FOUR time to double check this. They even called my insurance, and still incorrectly told me that there was no payment required, now or later. They are now charging over $800 per 1 hour of service, saying “the front desk estimate is only a rough estimate, and cannot be used to estimate payments.” During all 6 sessions I had with the PT, I was never given more than 10 mins of service, as the PT was treating 4 or more patients at the same time. He completely misdiagnosed me and didnt seem to pay attention to how I was doing my exercises at all. The billing for these appointments shows over 90 mins of treatment administered per session, at inordinate rates per session. AVOID THIS PT CLINIC AT ALL COSTS.

Fantastic experience: Ethan is very knowledgeable about ACL and meniscus injuries and was very professional yet personable during my strength assessment. Facility is clean and well equipped with rehab equipment, especially for athletes. Thanks for a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Molly for three months to rehab a broken wrist. She was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. On my first day, when I could barely move anything, she was finishing up with another patient with a similar surgery who was on her last day, with full range of motion. It seemed impossible I would ever get there, but I did. Molly slowly and steadily pushed me forward, and helped me see my progress week in and week out. She also adapted around my schedule and my progress. Thank you! Also, Juanita at the front desk was very helpful and proactive in navigating the maze of insurance. At one point she even helped me get a refund for overpayment. Thank you too!
