I would give this physical therapy facility 10 out of 10 stars. The staff are incredibly respectful, kind, and helpful. They often joke around with each other and even involve the patients in the fun, which adds a great, positive atmosphere to the place. Music is also played in the background, making the exercises more enjoyable. If I ever need physical therapy again, I would definitely come back here. My therapist, Maura, was great and she helped me with my scoliosis and increased my mobility and range of motion.
I am very pleased to express my positive opinion on the physical therapy services provided to my relative who had 39 office visits. The care given in the Concord office was excellent - absolutely perfect. From the first appointment, the relevant issues were immediately taken into account. The therapy was carried out efficiently, allowing for a smooth transition from the hospital to California Rehabilitation. All required reports and evaluations were provided. Every patient was treated with the utmost care and attention, with each one being addressed by name. The staff was very well-trained and was able to meet the needs of even those with other health problems. All home exercises and equipment supplemented the treatments received during the office visits. There is a beautiful outdoor courtyard for family members to relax in. I would highly recommend this office for any physical therapy or rehabilitation needs, as it offers a holistic approach that includes emotional support and stress reduction. I am incredibly grateful to California Rehab Concord for the care they have provided me and my family. After I injured my arm and it became weak and numb, I was uncertain what to do. Nevertheless, with the aid of the physical therapists, I have nearly recovered all of my strength and accomplished my physical therapy goals in only a month. I had an amazing experience at this physical therapy office! Stephanie did my intake and quickly figured out the cause of my symptoms, even though my x-ray results did not match. This was my first time going through physical therapy and I didn't know what to expect. On my first day, my pain and capabilities were assessed in order to develop a plan. I had been in a car accident a few months prior and was experiencing pain in my head, neck, shoulder, and arm. Everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand and I was able to comprehend why I was in pain, what I was feeling, and how the therapy would help me to get back to a pain-free (as much as possible for my age) and normal range of motion. Over the next few weeks, I worked with Justin and the rest of the amazing team at California Rehabilitation. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, which made it easier to do the hard things I had to learn to do again. I saw many interactions between the therapists and their patients and was impressed by the connections they were able to make for the process to be as easy as possible. Now, I'm only stiff occasionally, but doing the stretches and exercises I learned at the clinic have made me feel like my old self again. It was a great place, with friendly and knowledgeable physical therapists and assistants, welcoming front staff, and a patient attitude when people were difficult (which I didn't witness much of during my visits).

You can tell the energy between the staff is full of respect and comradery. All the PTs - Stephanie, Allen and Connie bring their own unique, professional skill sets to the table. The support staff are rad, and vested in assisting the PT's and I am always blown away at how much individualized care, instruction and guidance they pack into a one hour appointment. The people here are knowledgeable, friendly understanding, adept and the way they treat you make you want to keep coming back instead of quitting, because you don't like the surrounding area or the people. The physical therapy services provided by this office in Concord was impeccable- just perfect. Beginning with intake and getting right to the issue to be addressed was spot on. Physical therapy services were efficient so that continued care from hospital to California Rehabilitation was smooth. Requested reports and evaluations were provided. All staff handled each client with familiar care personally addressing each client by name. In addition staff were well trained and met the needs of even patients who were challenged by other health issues. All additional home exercises & apparatuses complimented all office visit treatments. There is a lovely outdoor courtyard for family members who wish to enjoy, very relaxing. I would highly recommend this office for your physical therapy, rehabilitation needs; which enables a wholistic approach including emotional support and reducing stress. Fantastic experience: 10 STARS! My go to place if ever again I need physical therapy. I went in with x-ray results that didn’t match my symptoms! Stephanie did my intake. She listened carefully and began to evaluate my flexibility and work on me. In less than 10 minutes she found the source of my issues. Amazing. I had a diagnosis! Over the course of my sessions there Justin and Maura also worked with me. Pros. The assistants are on top of it. The place is clean, organized and upbeat. When my sessions were over after several weeks, I left with a personalized exercise program, which I can still access online, to stretch and strengthen & hopefully prevent further injury. So far so good!

Fantastic experience: California Rehab Concord has been a Godsend for me and my family. I help to take care of my grandparents at home and I recently injured my arm in a way that left it physically weak and numb. I didn't know what to do. Yet over the course of just a month of PT I've regained just about 90% of my previous strength and dexterity in that limb and have reached almost all of my physical therapy goals. The therapists here really pour their hearts into their patients and work with you at a pace and time that's comfortable for your needs. Admittedly, I was nervous at first this being my first time in PT, but the staff get along so great it's like they're family; you feel right at home. My heartfelt thanks to all of the wonderful people who've taken care of me so well. Stephanie, Maura, Justin, Marissa, that's you!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to do physical therapy at. staff is extremely respectful & kind & accepting & helpful. They're all always making jokes with each other & sometimes include patients in the jokes which is something nice to see because it brings a very positive atmosphere to the place & livens it up. They also play music which is nice to listen to while doing exercises. If I ever have to go to physical therapy again (I probably will since arthritis runs in my family) I would definitely like to come back to this place. Maura was my therapist & I will miss the lovely atmosphere she & the others brought to this place since they've helped my scoliosis get a lot better but also improved my mobility & range.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time having to do physical therapy and I didn't know what to expect other than it could potentially help. On my first day my pain and abilities were examined to make a plan. I was in a car accident several months prior and had head, neck, shoulder, and arm pain. Everything was well explained and I could understand what I was feeling, why things hurt, and how we would work to bring me back to pain free(as much as one is at my age) and a normal range of motion. Over the next couple weeks I worked with Justin and the rest of the awesome vibe'n team at California Rehabilitation. The atmosphere was chill and fun, which helped when you were having to do difficult things your body has to relearn. I watched multiple interactions in my time there between the different therapists and their clients and really appreciated the connections they were able to make for the process to be as manageable as possible. I'm now mostly just stiff sometimes but keeping up on stretches and exercises that I learned while there have made me feel back to my usual self. It was a great place, personable and skilled Physical Therapists and assistants, welcoming front staff, and an all around patient attitude when people were difficult (not that many seemed to be from my visits).
