Negative experience: Staff are not professional. Before starting the therapy sessions my pain was about 6. Now, it's 10. Situation got worst. Therapists don't spend much time with the patient; just few min. You guys only rely on that ultra sound machine and the warm water bag! Noting professional. I don't recommand.... I'm suffering too much pain after my 3 sessions. Can't sleep of pain... 0 star

Fantastic experience: Office staff is pleasant and caring.. I have seen Ada the therapist for treatment on different occasions. She is very thorough & patient and works with you to achieve your desired results & goal. She is very hands on and very encouraging and gets results.. She has brought me out of pain and has guided me in becoming pain free…. “Magic fingers Ada “ …. I highly recommend Ada & her wonderful staff for all your physical therapy treatments.

Negative experience: The worst customer service I been waiting two months for my appointment and they cancelled appointment without confirming with me or calling.

Fantastic experience: Plenty of front desk staff who are trained to help you, proficient and well trained P.T.'s and assistants, and they give you a full hour of treatment at the Concord location... 30 mins with p.t. and 30 mins of passive treatment. I've been happy with my assessment and suggestions for healing my ankle sprain!
