Fantastic experience: The head physical therapist name Janice is awesome. She’s very knowledgeable, interactive and makes you feel completely comfortable under her guidance and care.

Positive experience: Very old school, family oriented.. and the people there are very caring.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is friendly and the facility is very clean. They have a policy where you wait in your car so that you do not have to sit in the waiting room which I like because when I arrive early I can listen to some great music before my appointment. The staff is knowledgeable and skilled. I received ultrasound therapy, stim therapy, and tissue massage for my injured area. I am satisfied and will return if my workman's comp gives me more sessions.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place amazing staff!! I had a crazy pylon fracture and shattered ankle and I was scared at first to go to someplace I didn't know. But after my experience there multiple times it has been everything my leg and foot needed!! Great place highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: Couldn't imagine a better PT..after 53 therapy sessions, never had to wait. I knew it would be a long road..I wouldn't be where I'm at in my recovery if it wasn't for Janice King and her wonderful staff!

Negative experience: People are somewhat friendly, but the work.. competency and amount of effort to provide service needs work. The wait time is also ridiculous. Especially if all you get is to lie down on a heat pad followed by some ointment rub.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a few years now and can't say enough good thing about them. Janice and her staff are extremely professional, friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend going here!

Negative experience: If I could give a negative star I would! First my appointment was rescheduled several times, and when I finally got there I felt totally uncomfortable. I was not greeted in a polite manner, the lights were off in the waiting room ( they finally turned them on when a familiar patient arrived), and Brittany the front desk girl didn't speak to me until I finally decided to leave. I didn't even get to have my session. Based on the service I received, I recommend going somewhere else!
