Fantastic experience: Awesome Experience at Bay Area PT/Pleasant Hill Location I want to thank Megan, my PT, who consistently delivered quality service with adaptability and compassion. She understands the needs of the clients and approaches the therapy sessions focused on meeting the needs of her client. The faculty is large and comfortable, including some private rooms. The other 2 physical therapists are also excellent. Their support staff of PT assistants and front office personnel are fantastic. If I need PT again, this will be my “go-to” facility. Fantastic experience: This is my second injury that required physical therapy and I chose to return to Bay Area Physical Therapy for my most recent treatment. This time they gave me a thorough evaluation and did an ultrasound in-house by a certified evaluator. I received a detailed report I could bring to my doctor. The staff is very friendly, while very professional. They are well trained and have helped me both times. You receive a Home Exercise Program for stretching and strengthening, giving you new additions as appropriate. Of course you must do the program daily to get full benefit of their expertise.

Fantastic experience: Best physical therapy clinic around and I’ve been to several. Everyone who works there is very nice and professional. I’m working with Shawn now. He’s a terrific physical therapist and I’m experiencing great improvement. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Bay Area Physical Therapy has been top notch. Their facility is clean, the staff is professional and upbeat and their diagnostic services and therapies provided everything I needed to identify and resolve chronic back, hip and leg pain. I would go out of my way to work with Bay Area PT over and over! I have great faith in Gary Corso who helped me navigate this diagnosis and provided my ongoing PT. It wasn't an overnight fix but there is great benefit to working with a trained physical therapist as you age to keep you flexible and moving well. My at home regime of exercises from Gary are making a huge difference in strength training and flexibility. We are lucky to have this PT group in our area!

I have had the opportunity to work with both Lauren Masi for a different injury virtually in 2020 and again in person in 2021 at the Lafayette Campus before I had surgery and most recently Naomi Schambelan for post op rehab in Pleasant Hill. In all of these cases I found both providers to be thoughtful, kind, and patient with me as I worked through my injury and ultimately recovered. One thing I especially loved about this experience was that each time they met me where I was, helped design an exercise program I could maintain at home, and ultimately helped me realize where I can push myself just enough to improve each visit. I enjoyed every visit to this clinic and when I graduated my post op series I became emotional because I was so thankful for both Lauren's support pre op and Naomi's support post op to help me gain my independence. I plan to go back for wellness appointments to continue strengthening outside of the injury because I trust them to give me exercises that are thoughtful and considerate of my injuries. Thank you Lafayette AND Bay Area Physical therapy!!

Fantastic experience: This physical therapy office is amazing. ALL the staff are wonderful and kind. We were deciding on a few locations but lucked out with getting care here. My husband broke his leg from his motorcycle accident and they've been very informative, have a lot of tech options (email/zoom), and really are genuine humans who seem to love what they do. Our therapist is EMMA (shoutout!) and we really appreciate all of the care we are getting. Thank you to all the office staff, physical therapists, and aides who have made our lives so much easier.
