First Step Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: The staff is the best at listening, giving sound advice, therapeutic alliance, and having a sense of humor. I find that I always benefit from my on site and I enjoy the team too. My clinical score has improved considerably in the relatively short time I have been undergoing therapy.

Fantastic experience: I had two knee replacements within three months and First Step was amazing in getting me back on my feet and walking without aides. They were very welcoming and full of life making the rehab very enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: When you walk in the door you are greeted warmly. The Dr's are all Professional and courteous during you session. Just the idea of all Dr's even when students are present managing your care. They go above and beyond by listening to your needs and questions. They explain what they are doing and the effect it should have in a way you can understand. The flexibility and cooperation with the entire staff is excellent. They use needles where appropriate, Heat, massage or ice packs. I wouldn't go anywhere else for Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I only wish I could give them 10 stars! I have been to a number of physical therapy facilities over the past 10 years and this is the best place I have been. Megan the receptionist is very friendly and welcoming when she takes my calls. The entire staff is very professional, attending to my needs and striving for continued success, and yet friendly, keeping me at ease and feeling I can talk with them about anything! It's like one big happy family and they make sure their patients are taken care of and a part of this family. Thank you Dr. Greg, Dr. Lindsey, Dr. Madison, Dr. Meghan, PTA Melissa and PTA Jen for all of your help and expertise!
