Fantastic experience: I struggled for years with pelvic floor pain and associated issues - working with Dr. Haley Robb over the past few months has helped me dramatically reduce my pelvic floor tightness and return to a normal quality of life. I can't recommend this practice enough.

Fantastic experience: When my urologist recommended Progressive Pelvis Physical Therapy, I was leery. Such treatment seemed invasive and frankly embarrassing. I am so glad that I put the trepidation behind me and finally sought help. And Dr. Rachael delivered! She helped to alleviate my near-constant pelvic floor pain, ease my interstitial cystitis (IC) symptoms, and retrain my overactive bladder. Over time, the hands-on physical therapy that she provided relieved my pelvic floor pain. The supplements and dietary adjustments that she recommended made my IC symptoms almost disappear. I was even able to retrain my overactive bladder to accommodate a more reasonable voiding schedule. If your urologist has recommended pelvic floor physical therapy, I highly recommend Dr. Rachael at Progressive Pelvis!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Rachael and Progressive Pelvis. Progressive Pelvis is very welcoming from the first phone call. Dr Rachael listens. She is personable, knowledgeable and very thorough. After abdominal surgery, I had asked my GYN for a recommendation to a pelvic floor therapist as a first line of treatment for a relatively common issue. The practice did not have a recommendation. I was shocked. FYI they do now. Most women need information about, or help with, strengthening their pelvic floor after childbirth or abdominal surgery. For many it is an awkward conversation at best. It doesn't need to be. Progressive Pelvis deserves more than 5 stars in my book for normalizing the conversation. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I went to Progressive Pelvis during my pregnancy to prepare for delivery and postpartum to help with recovery, which were both majorly improved by working with my physical therapist, Haley. I have had an amazing experience and Haley is awesome. Using the techniques I learned during my pregnancy and preparing my body, my delivery was improved to the point that the doctor made a comment about how well I did during the delivery/pushing process. Preparing my body also helped with my pelvic floor recovery postpartum. Haley did a great job helping me with my postpartum recovery. I have gotten back to the point that I am able to resume my normal workout routines with little to no pain or issue. I am also having no leakage issues at 5 months PP. I highly recommend using Progressive Pelvis for any birth prep and postpartum recovery. My body is in a much better place than it would have been if I had not worked with Haley!

Fantastic experience: Progressive Pelvis and Dr. Rachel truly changed my quality of life, and I am so grateful. I suffered from extreme constipation and chronic pain for 10+ years. I had been to every gastroenterologist and taken every over the counter and prescription medication with no relief or improvement. I started seeing Dr. Rachel, and after just three sessions, I started to see improvement. She is so compassionate and makes you feel so comfortable sharing details that others might find embarrassing. Today, I have never felt better OR healthier in my life. I could not recommend Dr. Rachel or Progressive Pelvis more. They are the best.
