Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Center - Marietta

Fantastic experience: With all the craziness and uncertainty surrounding my injuries, the one thing that I look forward to is going to therapy and seeing the team at the Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Center on Johnson Ferry Road in Marietta because they encourage me to keep moving beyond the obstacles and provide much needed support throughout this process of recovery!

Fantastic experience: Reshaunda is amazing. She really knows her stuff and will show me the exercises I need to do and do them with me to make sure I’m doing them correctly. You could tell she really cares and wants you to get better. Laurie

Fantastic experience: I am an active senior citizen who is selective regarding health care, including Physical Therapy. Due to a variety of conditions, I have undergone physical therapy at various locations around metro Atlantic for the past 10 years. Some of the conditions that I have encountered recently include being struck by a car while walking, spine surgery, spinal stenosis, and recently a fall. All requiring therapy for my back, shoulder and leg. In the past I have utilized several locations in the area for physical therapy, however none have approached the competence and professionalism of Emory rehabilitation outpatient center. The support that I have gotten at this centre has always been excellent. The staff, Regina at the centre is profession and engaging, always interested in your best interests the physical therapy therapist at this location Margie Hasbun has been excellent. Margie exhibits all the attributes that you would look for in a Physical Therapist: Expertise, Communication skills, Empathy and compassion, Problem solving abilities, Adaptability, manual dexterity, patience and perseverance and continuous learning. The therapy, including home exercises i have received from her for over the past years has been exceptional. With regard to all the problems I had previously mentioned I feel that the physical therapy that I received from Margie has been a big factor in my rapid recoveries. I highly recommend Margie Hasbun as a Physical therapist

Fantastic experience: Emory Rehab Outpatient Center was great for helping with my hip. Margie at the East Cobb location is excellent! She is professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me lots of exercises to do at home too.

Fantastic experience: Emory Hospital has several Rehabilitation Outpatient Centers, but I’m so pleased that I chose the facility on 1100 Johnson Ferry Road in Marietta. The staff is so professional, and the atmosphere is always light hearted and positive. Charlotte, the Physical Therapist I mainly see, is very knowledgeable. She takes the opportunity to educate you, as to “why” you’re doing a certain exercise or, “why” certain modalities are being used. She is also very positive and compassionate, with a good conversation, and has good intentions toward the clients; which is "half the battle being won", when you’re trying to get through pain. I’ve found that to be the general consensus when talking to other clients too. Again, I’m very pleased with my choice. T. Hudson
