Fantastic experience: Ryan the PA who saw me for a walk-in urgent care visit was insightful, professional, and personable while helping deduce the injury I was being seen for. He found a time frame and recommended activity modifications to perform while I recover as well as other pain relieving agents to use. The front desk was timely and helpful with scheduling and insurance questions. Would recommend Pinnacle Urgent Care to any orthopedic or sport related injury that does not require an ER visit.

I had been dealing with pain in knee for months and finally could not ignore it any longer.. my wait was very reasonable.. staff was excellent ..got me right into X-ray …Dr Hull came and evaluated me a short time later…such a nice man.. he explained my options clearly and I left with everything I needed to know and do…

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed speaking with Tiffany. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. One suggestion I would make is to slow down a little when discussing a major surgery!! It’s a LOT of info to take in for a patient who’s never had surgery before! Thank you for your friendly demeanor and your knowledge level!! This put me at ease.
