IRG Physical & Hand Therapy - Smokey Point

Fantastic experience: I had a doctor read my MRI results as High ACL Sprain. Which led me to working with Andrew for my PT here. I worked with Andrew for 1 month and he quickly realized my knee was not progressing how it should be a month later. He recommended I see a surgeon for a second opinion. So I did that. The surgeon I spoke with had looked at the same results the last doctor looked at and quickly noticed I had a complete tear in my ACL. If it wasn't for Andrew being proactive about my recovery and noticing things weren't right I'd still be going through PT not knowing I didn't have an ACL. I got surgery and went straight back to PT to work with Andrew. I have worked with Andrew most of my PT days and while he's out of the office or busy I work with Emma. Both are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone who is going through a tough injury recovery. We are way ahead of schedule thanks to them. Still got a while but I am glad to know I have a fantastic PT to help me through it. Andrew also gets just as excited as I do about my recovery milestones which is awesome. Also everyone recognizes you by name here when you walk in! 10/10 over here.

Fantastic experience: Would recommend IRG in Smoky Point physical therapy to anyone who is recovering from an injured knee or shoulder pain. The staff is very knowledgeable and the exercise routine given by the therapist works you will see positive results.

Fantastic experience: Today I received exemplary care from Andrew, a friendly, respectful and highly professional physical therapist who clearly has my best interest at heart. Andrew provided a complete and thorough evaluation and assessment leading to a treatment plan I am confident will be successful in healing my injury. What impressesd me most was his ability to offer specific exercises targeting my issue and not giving me a pile of papers with illustrations leaving me overwhelmed. Andrew practices 'less is best' and made sure I knew how to do the excercises correctly before leaving. Thank you Andrew for your sincerity and for instilling the confidence I will recover completely.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely adore the staff here, they've been incredibly helpful and communicative the entire time. I was constantly hunched over when I started and now I feel I can get back to working out and living my life. Overall I would strongly recommend this place to those who need help.
