Mountain View Rehabilitation and Care Center

Fantastic experience: My mom was there for a few months before she passed away. She always mentioned how amazing the staff was and how much she enjoyed them. Her favorite nurse was Cindy. She adored her so much. The lack of communication was the only issue for me.. but the level of care my mom received outweighed my frustration of that. When I went to grab a few things the care team was amazing and helped me. A few things didn't return home to me but it is what it is. I'm just grateful for the love and kindness to my mom and I appreciate the kindness to me when she unexpectedly passed away. Much love to you guys and keep up the hard work.

Fantastic experience: I was a resident for about 3 months (I left on Oct. 25 of this year). I'll be honest, I don't remember the first 4 weeks or so of my stay, however, as my physical and cognitive skills improved, I recall the positive manner in which the nursing staff, kitchen staff, housekeeping staff, and administrative staff treated me about 99% of the time. All in all, I'd say the place was well run, and most of the staff took good care of us residents.

Fantastic experience: My sister is currently a resident at Mountain view and I would like to give a shout out to Molly Warren. While all the staff I have had encounters with have been good, my almost daily interaction with Holly are ALWAYS FABULOUS! Making the decision to move my sister from my home to a LTCF was extremely difficult and on many occasions I've been extremely upset and each time Molly has comforted me. She also always has a cute story about something my sister did or said. She is so kind and has the patience of Mother Teresa! She is an extraordinary person!

Fantastic experience: My mother had to come there for short time.. The caregiver and therapy we're wonderful with my mother. This place is a great place for anybody to bring their family. I just want to say thank you again to the therapy and all the caregivers That took care of my mother I greatly appreciate everything you guys have done for her.

Fantastic experience: Mountain View has become an outstanding nursing care facility providing quality of care since under new administration. Amanda, she truly cares about her residents and service to others. She’s the most hard-working administrator I’ve met. The Mountain View team have done an amazing job to turn this place around! Keep up the great work!
