Summit Rehabilitation - Lake Stevens

Fantastic experience: I hurt my knee and before my first visit, the pain had been more manageable. I wasn’t sure if they would be able to find the source of the problem because of that, but they did! They helped a lot relieving the pressure in my knee on that first day, explaining why I felt the sharp pain before (tilted knee cap) and giving me many different exercises with a picture and description to do in between visits. The staff is very nice, supportive and knowledgeable. I feel welcome and safe working with that beautiful team!

Fantastic experience: There are not enough kind words I can say about Summit in Lake Stevens!! First of all, the staff is amazing! Every person - from the therapists, to the assistants, to the front desk - all kind, sincere people. I spent nearly every week, sometimes twice a week for nearly 6 months here and they gave me all the tools and care I needed to get back to being me. While I hope I never have to go back other than to say hello, if the time comes again, I know they would be my first choice!!

Fantastic experience: I just love Summit Rehab in Lake Stevens! I have been a patient here over 2 years for multiple physical issues. My Physical Therapist’s, Lydia and Tristan, are extremely knowledgeable and experienced, making an all-inclusive plan for my individual needs. The entire staff is always friendly and attentive to me and how I'm feeling. They also work very closely with insurance. I would trust this team with my health any time, any day! Great location too!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Summit Rehabilitation Physical Therapy for over 5 years and I've always experienced a high level of professionalism & caring individuals, who are also experts at what they do. ???? The environment is very fun & the energy is uplifting & encouraging. I always leave there, feeling like I have received high quality treatment for whatever it is from shoulders to ankles to elbows or wrists, & lower back.... over the years- They've always had a team of people that were able to assist me in my recovery from injuries or surgeries etc. This is my go-to spot for professional Care & rehabilitating therepy for my injuries to achieve 100% range of motion. BTW, they have a really cool APP, called "MedBridge GO" which has videos including the amount of reps and the length of time & proper form, for each exercise, it's easy UI allows you to just follow along with the videos & timer on your phone and it tracks Your reps and sets & all of your at-home exercises so you can really maximize the benefit each day. You can also put in notes to the physical therapist, And it allows them to track your progress at home. I've had the pleasure of working with many PT's over the years. Recently, I can say that Brett Parsons has been in charge of my shoulder recovery and is very effective at rotating the exercises and keeping it fun at the same time. I'm improving with leaps and bounds. The scheduling has been easy with Lindsay & Sabrina. They worked miracles with my schedule and got me in when the surgeon had recommended I start treatment... even though it was a tight timeline, they found openings that worked with my calendar. They also have a great text messaging follow-up to remind you of the appointments that's very simple to use just click on the link and confirm appointment the day before, it's a great reminder if it's not in your calendar already. Or gives you the option to reschedule if something came up. Also many of the other helpful & kind physical therapy experts & assistant's like Tori, Lydia, Emily & Tristan. I'm sure I'm missing a few names ... But Sara especially sticks out, she has helped me refine each exercise to maximize my range of motion and making sure I'm not overcompensating with other muscle groups but getting the real proper form which is necessary for getting me that extra 10 or 15% ,so I can be back at 100%. And of course a special thanks to Azahy with her 'magical hands' when working on extending my movement, with the muscle stretching & massage to extend that range of motion on my shoulder. And of course after a tough workout and my shoulder burning, they pull out the 'Game Ready' machine, which is a sports medicine machine that's an ice pack that has a specific wrap for whichever body part you've worked on, it also squeezes the part with cold pressure. And at different levels!! ???? This is amazing I love it, and helps to take a good workout & send me off with a relaxed ending, before I continue my day. Thanks everyone???? I highly recommend Summit Rehab... they have locations all over the Puget sound, but I prefer the Lake Stevens location. ????
