Fantastic experience: The staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring at this facility. I was required to go through 6 weeks of physical therapy through my John Muir primary care doctor for hip pain and none of the PT prescribed was at all helpful. Several months later an orthopedic doctor again referred me to PT and I chose to go to Back on Track. Within one session with Nadia, I was feeling better. None of the PT prescribed by Nadia was given to me through John Muir PT. I am so grateful that I tried Back on Track!

I got there with a bad knees problem, I have had stopped all the fun activities I used to do because my knees were not allowing me anymore. Nadia was my physical therapists ; she was so professional, knowing what she was doing, she was so patient with me and she gave me all the right exercises to improve my knees health. Nadia brought my life back, Thanks to her now I went back to do all my favorite things to do like, social dancing, hiking, playing soccer and just have a normal life .

Fantastic experience: Murphy has been the best physical therapist. His is diligent, extremely attentive to your problem. I had plantar fasciitis for 12 years on and off. I saw many therapists. Murphy is the only one able to solve my problem using methods I had never seen before. I recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with Chris Suter at Back on Track! His knowledge, skills and expertise, combined with enthusiasm and empathy make Chris a phenomenal PT. I had a Brostrum + arthroscopic surgery on my ankle. Chris provided key core and ankle exercises for my rehab and I am back to bootcamp and running! Support staff are welcoming and kind. A+++!

Fantastic experience: The PT I have received has been very helpful. The exercises Chris has shown me to do at home have helped my shoulder get better. A long way away from totally better but his exercises have helped.

Fantastic experience: Back on Track Physical Therapy (PT) at Walnut Creek makes both my mom and I feel at home. Very good therapist there plus caring staff. The front desk is very friendly, flexible, and accommodating. I was accompanying my mom for PT initially and I thought I would give it a try so that I can 'kill2 birds with one stone', i.e. getting my PT done while my mom visits there. Both of us have very good results from the treatment by Chris. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I worked at this clinic over the course of 3 years and it was clear during my time there that patient satisfaction was the number one priority. They do their best to accommodate each patient's unique needs/schedules and the therapists are always empathetic and tentative. I have seen countless patients come into the clinic with chronic pain and leave happy with their treatment and improved condition. I would highly recommend coming to this clinic for all your physical therapy needs!

Fantastic experience: Have had 2 experiences with BoT. First time was a foot problem and more recently a neck strain. The therapists are all very personable and do a great job in getting to understand my ailments. Most importantly, the exercises and treatments that they recommended worked.

Fantastic experience: I apologize for such a late review...had problems with the computer that it had to be repaired twice and then life happened. I was very impressed with my therapist Miranda. She was very professional and yet able to relate on a personal level. She is careful to listen when I'm talking or telling her about my back pain. She was resourceful by researching on how to go about working with my back to target the specific location involved. She would try and truly work with the surrounding areas to find where pain is coming from. She exudes confidence and a caring attitude. Her quality and skills showed in her work. I had the greatest time working with her. Miranda is a great asset wherever her job takes her. Fantastic experience: Been coming here for 20 years. Hatin is the best, he’s the owner. Right now I’m working with Miranda for my new hip replacement and she’s wonderful. This is the place to come for all PT needs. Best treatment ever.

Fantastic experience: For over 20 years I have seen various Physical Therapists and Chiropractors for chronic issues that come and go. All of them have provided useful exercises to get and maintain core strength but, Hiten was the first PT to teach me how to help myself get out of pain. I can't thank him enough for thinking outside the norm and providing me the tools to help myself. I highly recommend Hiten Dave.

Fantastic experience: Leaving this review for Russell Sadang. Russel worked with me for over 4 months to help me recover from an injury to my hip. Russell was able to help recover from the injury that I believed would not get better ever. I have been beyond pleased working with Back on Track and working with Russell. Fantastic experience: Kelly Wild is amazing. She really knows her stuff. She’s helped me with a painful, numb shoulder and arm, and has recently helped me with extreme pain in my hip caused by a bad fall. I highly recommend her and the whole team at Back On Track.

She is very kind and respectful. She is also knowledgable and explains why you're doing the exercises that you are doing, which I find very helpful. My experience with her has been nothing but positive and I would recommend her and this facility to anyone that needs physical therapy.

Not only is she passionate about what she does, she really cares about one's overall well-being. I am truly blessed to be put under her care. Fantastic experience: I give them 5 stars. I really enjoy going to Back on Track Physical Therapy. The staff is very pleasant and very helpful. I really enjoy my Physical Therapist Pawandeep (Pawan). Pawan is very courteous and she constantly checks in to see if I am ok or is it too painful. Pawan has made a big difference in my treatment as I have really improved under her care. Pawan is very patient and has a great healing touch with her hands as she performs my treatment. I would highly recommend Back on Track Physical Therapy as they have really made a difference in my pain level due to my injury. I would also especially recommend Pawan as a Physical Therapist because she is really good at what she does.

Fantastic experience: I am going to physical therapy for a while for my knee and I recently I am working with “Pawan” she is very knowledgeable and professional I can’t be happier, she is the best.

Fantastic experience: Pawan and Stephanie were the best because they took the time to listen to other problems I had with my body on the same side and made connections to help my improve. I have been to 8 other PT’s in other places but never got a complete picture of how to get that improvement. They are always changing it up and pushing me to be better, stronger and more flexible. The only thing I wish was they weren’t so busy so I could have seen those two more often. You need to schedule early to get the PT’s you want.

Fantastic experience: My husband Art Camacho has been seeing Pawandeep K. Minhas, PT for several months. When he comes home he can not stop talking about how great his therapy was. He has seen many others but raves about the quality and intensity of it. He knows that he is well on his way to recovery thanks to Pawandeep. She advised me on home therapy and her instructions were excellent that it was an added bonus.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Pawan M. on my knee issues for over five months. The limp and pain that I started with are virtually gone, and my knee has straightened considerably. I believe that knee replacement is now years away. Pawan knows exactly which therapies and exercises work the best, and how much to push to achieve improvement. I appreciate her clear explanations of physiology. In addition to having excellent professional skills, Pawan is very kind and empathetic. This is the best PT that I have experienced, and as a bonus the facility and support staff are pleasant.

Positive experience: I just finished a 2nd course of treatment (2 distinct injuries) from Russel Sadang at Back on Track and am totally pleased with the entire experience. The office staff was polite, friendly and professional. Russel was patient, answered all my concerns and gave me targeted exercises to do at home to relieve the discomfort I had initially. After that he worked with me to strengthen that area of my body to prevent further injury. Thank you Russ.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the treatment received. I've been seen by Paven. She is very knowledgeable, well-trained, professional, and caring. She sets you on a home exercise program for you not to relapse. For the first time ever since a car accident I had many years ago, I feel no pain. It is almost unbelievable for me.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. I am so glad that Back On Track does not require a physician referral and allowed me to pay on my own. This allowed me to get more help for my work-related injury even though my Workers Comp doctor declared I was "cured."

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to be referred to back on track for a neck injury I worked with Pawab Physical Therapist and she is truly one of the greatest therapist I’ve ever worked with she was in tune with what was going on and provided excellent professional and compassionate care and every time I walked away from her office I walked away feeling better also the front desk staff is always warm and welcoming and very helpful in scheduling and even last minute appointments that I needed. The physical therapy aids were also very nice and professional I would highly recommend back on track physical therapy and most especially Pawan one for excellent physical therapy care

Since the start of my therapy I have worked almost exclusively with Pawan, who is a superb physical therapist, both gentle and empathetic, yet knowing when to push you. I have also worked with Malik, and Kai, and have come to recognize and have very friendly exchanges with the front desk staff. Overall I would rate my experience with Back on Track at 5-stars. At this point, with their guidance I have regained about 95% of my functional ability, the surgical site is healing well (and is very closely attended to by Pawan), and I am delighted to know that I have another 8 sessions. This experience has been so important for my recovery and well-being that I have considered simply continuing intermittant PT with Pawan in the future. As an active, athletically inclined senior, I have tremendous respect for the knowledge and clinical abilities of the Back on Track staff. I recommend them to all who need a tune up, and emphatically to all recovering from surgery. Thank you Back on Track!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely great service. Hiten and his team are skilled, dedicated, and use holistic, full body massage and therapy techniques to help alleviate pain and discomfort. A short facial massage relieved a tremendous amount of back pain. I was so amazed! In just one session, I felt better than I had in several years of acupuncture, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and regular pain management combined. It's been nearly three weeks and I have not had to go back yet. BACK ON TRACK indeed!
