Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the Walnut Creek PT office twice a week for about 3 months, from about 23 miles away. PT clinics in my home area are impacted due to Medicare & other medical insurances reducing their PT reimbursements to providers. Clinics have left the area or are no longer taking my insurance for PT. My experience with all of the PT's & assistants has been very positive. I was pleasantly surprised that appointment availability is good. I was able to book my first appointment within a week of my initial call, and I easily book 3 weeks out at times that work for me. Each time, I work with the PT & assistant who is available. Initially, I thought that working with different PT's would not be beneficial, HOWEVER, I have been pleasantly surprised to experience how well the Walnut Creek staff works together for me. Everyone here is well versed on my specific issues, last appointment, exercises, and even my current physical challenges. They have a list of exercises that they've agreed on for me, and each of them are monitoring to make sure my form is correct & I'm targeting the muscles properly. I happily drive the 45 minutes to Walnut Creek to work with this clinic!

Fantastic experience: Sabrina is a great massage therapist. She listens and does an outstanding job with relieving aches and pains. Her massages are heavenly. I feel like I’m on a cloud during the session. Afterwards I leave and feel great and relaxed and rejuvenated.

Fantastic experience: This place is conveniently located and really helped me with some chronic pain I’ve been dealing with. They gave me “easy to understand”exercises that I could do on my own and better maintain my own health in the future. Very nice, warm, and helpful atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: The team at WC Cal Rehab and Sports Therapy is great! They are friendly and fun. My time spent here felt like visiting family (the fun family that you can’t wait to see again! ). Christine, the PTA with home I worked the most, is a great communicator and knows what she’s doing. While the massage portion of each visit is relatively short, her massages are always targeted and effective. She used a variety of methods to address my chronic headaches (which I have suffered from regularly for over 15 years). She challenged me, but also made sure I was comfortable. Check-ins were thorough; and I always felt heard/understood. I’m happy to say that I have been living mostly headache free for the past few months. I never imagined this was possible. Kudos to the whole team!

Fantastic experience: Service is nonexistent these days pretty much anywhere. But this place? Not a chance. This place and all the therapists are beyond amazing. You are cared for, do not feel like a number in a database and they make you feel like family. In a bittersweet way, I'll be sad once I am better because I won't be a patient here anymore but of course if I am better, thank you to this staff! But don't worry everyone, I'll be by to say hi etc. I want to recognize everybody there. They are (Please forgive if I leave someone out as I am horrible with names) Christine, Eugene, Chris, JULIA (always good to see her), Yana, Reyna, James, Erica, Santa, Daniel, and Gabe. I am confident I got everyone! So for anyone who needs Physical Therapy, do yourself a big favor and look no further, this place and this staff are absolutely amazing, truly go above and beyond and are absolutely exceptional! Fantastic experience: Cal rehab is the best!! Starting from the front desk Erika and the pts Eugene and Christine and of course the assistant pt Yana. They are all very knowledgeable in their work and do their absolute best to make sure you are progressing day in and out. Don't forget to take the jolly ranchers on the way out!

Fantastic experience: To put it simply, this place is truly amazing. I'm a Student Physical Therapist who suffered a neck/shoulder injury this past Nov while in my clinical rotations. Despite being a future professional in the field, the nature of the situation was scary and really difficult to come to terms with. I spent over 3 months doing my best to navigate the situation regarding medical coverage and having to put school on hold while constantly overthinking and dealing with worsening symptoms. It got to the point to where simple tasks including walking or sitting up for more than a few minutes. Things were honestly looking hopeless. Soon I was finally able to ger referred to start PT, and was truly blessed to work with Chris as my PT. He kept things simple, and was effective in utilizing the time we had during sessions while consistently updating my home exercise program to streamline the recovry process.But more than anything else, Chris made a point to always make me feel seen - something that made all the difference. In the initial 3 weeks of working with Chris, I was feeling back to 90% - and that's being conservative. The entire staff at this clinic, whether it be the front desk employees to the clinicians, and even the aides, are genuinely caring people who remain by your side throughout your PT journey, and ultimately serve to make that often daunting road to recovery manageable, and I can't thank them enough. If you have the option to choose between this clinic and others, rest assured this location is one of best in terms of excellence.

Fantastic experience: After getting injured at work, I was left feeling pretty defeated, but that changed after a few visits at CRS. Eugene, my physical therapist, is extremely knowledgeable and receptive to taking the time to understand the ebbs and flows of my injuries. In addition to my physical therapy, I have been seeing Santa for massage therapy - it’s been extremely helpful. On a typical day, I take serval doses of pain medication, but not after my sessions. On most occasions, I won’t need any pain medication for a few days after visiting Santa. Overall, I’m very pleased with my time here.

Fantastic experience: Very grateful for my PT experience! I was seen at this clinic for about 7 months while I was dealing with sciatica. Abhay and Christopher are amazing providers, as well as the entire staff. I appreciate their patience, flexibility, and sense of humor! The care plan I was prescribe is easy enough to do on my own and keep up with after I stopped seeing them. Sciatica is one of the worst pains anyone can experience, but I am thankful for having such an exceptional care team who made the experience tolerable.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my therapy at this site. I liked the fact that they had a massage therapist on site to massage the specific area that was a problem. I made graduate by steady progress until my symptoms were resolved. I would go back again if I have another problem.

Identified the issue in our first session then worked with me weekly, answered any questions I had and gave me a number of workouts to improve my strength. Fantastic experience: I went in for some physical therapy on my neck and shoulder, due to working long hours at the desk and computer during the COVID pandemic. At this point, after receiving physical therapy from another place which didn’t address the muscle reconditioning I needed to better correct and realign my posture, by stretching and strengthening groups of muscles in the mid-back as well as neck and shoulders, I found California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy. Their therapists worked with me to identify areas where I was experiencing pinched nerve and radiating nerve pain from my shoulder down through my arm. They used a number of techniques including manual muscle manipulation, in-office exercises, prescribed exercises, heat packs, and kinesiology tape, to help me out of the pain, and to retrain the muscles and surrounding nerve spasms, to behave differently and eventually return back to a more or less normal state. Each time I was there, their team listened to me and my feedback on what was happening with my body. And they were always responsive and compassionate. I highly recommend this place, if you need a more customized approach to your physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST therapy place ever! All staffs are very nice and kind, they know what they are doing exactly. My mom had really bad pain on her left shoulder but just 1 treatment it was like BOOM! Pain just disappeared! It’s just magic! Especially “Abhay Nagaraj” he is the BEST! Fantastic experience: I came here in September of 2021 with a shoulder and back injury that I had been suffering with on and off for 13 years. My mobility and strength have increased amazingly and my pain has decreased from an 8 to a 0. I can’t recommend Cal Rehab enough - not only did they “cure” me, but it was fun coming every week. Everyone is pleasant to work with and it was an enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: I have spent years, a decade or more, being diagnosed with deteriorating knees. I went from being a marathoner to wearing knee braces, hobbling about a half mile at most, and and being recommended for double knee replacements. Frustrated with doctors, chiropractors, trainers and surgeons, I wound up at CRSP. Within 3 months Abhay had my knees realigned from a 10 degree offset to about 1 degree and I'm headed to the Grand Canyon to hike the Rim to Rm in one day. As a bonus, he laughed at all my jokes. Worth the time, effort, and expertise here. Check them out!

Fantastic experience: PT was always a huge chore for me until I started going to California Rehab! Everyone at the office makes it a wonderful experience. Julia is just fantastic, and very patient on days when I am not feeling great. I usually give up on PT after a few sessions because of rude, condescending therapists, but not here! I actually look forward to my visits now and have made a lot of progress. As someone who will be doing PT for a long time, it makes all the difference to be able to come to a place like this!

Fantastic experience: I had a shoulder surgery, a total replacement. My insurance isn't exactly widely accepted, and finding a physical therapy place that would work with me, despite my insurance, was nearly impossible, if not very expensive. California Rehabilitation ended up accepting many forms of insurance, including mine of course. Not only that, the staff are friendly, highly experienced with plenty of expertise. Abhay, Julia especially. They were patient, gentle, and understood everyone has different pain levels. They got me and my shoulder back to 100%, with ease. Cal Rehab is the place to go to, if you ask me.
