Fantastic experience: From check in to discharge the staff was fantastic. They put me at ease, and I was made to feel important and I taught Dr. Dunn in anesthesia about mitochondrial disease and the precautions to take to insure a successful outcome.

Positive experience: Except for the horrible long wait, 5 hours and severe pain. They were so awesome, when I got called back to a bed. It unfortunately appears to be a lot of people are not desperately hurt or ill that come in for minor things, maybe cause they don't have a family doctor, which slows down process for people in real need. But again, awesome nurses, PA's, didn't see doctor, but my experience with emergency room nurses and PA's, are excellent care givers. I'm reading reviews, man I can't believe some of these. REALLY?

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so kind and caring. Very through and helpful. They listened and wasn't rushing me. I felt very well taken care of by all the staff, nurses, doctors, and everyone. If I could give them 10 stars, I would have. My experience was fantastic. I never felt like I was just another patient. Thank you so very much. I noticed that the low scores were mainly comments about the ER. I'm sorry you were treated that way, but the hospital is really great. --Debra Perry
