Medford Multicare Center

Fantastic experience: I am leaving this review on the behalf of my grandmother who was here for rehabilitation all of March. The building is immaculate. The staff was extremely accommodating, especially her nurse, Rob C. The aids helped her with anything and everything, very attentive. She looked and felt better than she has in years. The ADN Victoria runs a tight ship and makes sure every patient & family are completely satisfied with the care they receive. I would absolutely recommend this nursing home/rehab.

Positive experience: I was there for.four months needing rehabilitation after a car wreck which resulted in a fracture. The facility does not have a good reputation But we were pleasantly surprised. The nursing staff for the most part were great as well as the physical therapy and occupational therapy staff. I and my family were pleased with the service that the facility provided.

Fantastic experience: We recently placed my mother-in-law in Medford Multicare. Unfortunately, after taking her out of two other facilities that were horrible, we decided to bring her home. Again, unfortunately, we weren't able to provide the everyday care that she needed. After researching, we chose Medford. The first time we entered the building, we were ultimately surprised at the cleanliness & professionalism of the staff. My mother-in-law had her own large private room & bathroom. Her lunch tray was brought to her, it was amazing to see, smell & taste the quality of the food served there. We were asked to fill out a form to list her clothes, a copy went in a bag with her clothes so they could be labeled with her name & room number. Much different than where she was, that lost all her clothes with her name in them & her wedding band that was stolen. Within 3 days I had received phone calls from every department in the facility asking questions about my mother-in-law. This was to make her care & stay comfortable. And to give them an idea of her likes, dislikes & interests. This is the making of a safe home where you can be sure your loved one will be cared for when you can't care for them yourself. Thank you Medford Multicare, you have restored our faith.

Fantastic experience: Medford is providing me with physical rehabilitation, and providing exemplary nursing care. Everyone is attentive and very nice. The physical therapy team has a plan , and we have a goal of getting me at least up on my feet, which I haven’t done in approximately 3 years. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who has the need
