Positive experience: My mom has been there for three months and everybody has treated her with kindness. She can be very difficult and usually complains about everything and she has not said anything negative about this facility. The only downside that I see is do your own laundry they have lost all of her clothes often bringing back clothes that don’t belong to her. Ever since we started washing her own clothes, everything else has been great.
