Complete Care at Meriden

Fantastic experience: My mother recently completed a stay at Complete Care at Meriden to recover from recent hip surgery. Upon arrival to the facility, she was greeted by the facilities Physical Therapist and Admissions Director who assisted my mother into the facility while being nothing but pleasant and knowledgeable. Carmelina Hilliard, the Administrator of the facility went above and beyond to ensure my mother's transition from a prior nursing home was seamless. Her professionalism and positive attitude throughout the entire process was greatly appreciated by our family. She showed a great deal of compassion, knowledge and patience throughout my mother's entire stay at Complete Care Meriden. The nurses, CNA's and dietary staff could not do enough to make my mother comfortable and happy during her recovery. Fantastic experience: My mother recently stayed at Complete Care and our family is so grateful for the high level of care that she received over the course of three months. Everyone at this facility went above and beyond to make her experience positive. The kindness of the nurses, aids, social worker, therapist, and even receptionists helped to make this difficult time easier for my mother and our family. The staff always greeted me with a smile and kind words, and different workers would stop by my mother’s room just to chat with her. The people who work here actually care.
