Riverside Urgent Care of Meriden

Fantastic experience: We stopped at Middlesex Health Walk-in first because it’s close to home & it was a 2 1/2 hr wait so, we went to Optum in Meriden. We waited maybe 5 minutes to get in the room. Everything went very smoothly and everyone was very nice. Next time it will be our 1st choice.

Fantastic experience: The person at the front office was very welcoming . She was very informative in answering questions. The waiting period to see the medical care person was very reasonable. He guided me to the examination room and took vital signs and a covid test specimen. The test results came back in 15 minutes and results explained to me by the physician assistant. All was very professional.

Fantastic experience: 2 visits and completely satisfied. I have waited a minimal amount of time to see a doctor. Maybe 15-20 each visit. The girls at the desk are very pleasant. I haven’t felt rushed or as if I was a bother to anyone. Including the nurses. They are very nice as well. This will be my go to for a quick visit. Great place very nice staff! Thanks
