Fantastic experience: I've been volunteering at Meridian Meadows for over a year now and it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience! I've watched firsthand the compassionate care and attention each resident receives. The activities and programs offered cater to a wide range of interests to make sure all residents feel included and valued. I love the sense of community among residents and staff, it's been so fun to be a part of!

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked here since 2023. Administrators, Director of Nursing, front office staff, social worker, therapy staff, LPNs and RNs genuinely care about each of our patients and residents. I sit at the table when we talk about each and every one of the residents daily. I see firsthand the great efforts given by this facility to improve outcomes and the health of each resident.

Fantastic experience: From the moment my father was admitted to Meridian Meadows Transitional Care, we felt incredibly comfortable. The therapy services were exceptional, tailored to his specific needs, ensuring a swift recovery. The nursing staff treated him great, they were kind and attentive throughout his stay. And the food, often overlooked, was actually quite good and we never heard a complaint from him. This approach was a very positive experience and helped support him during a time of recovery.
