Village Crest Center for Health & Rehabilitation

Fantastic experience: So far it’s been great! (We only checked in yesterday) The staff has been very helpful and friendly.. There’s been prompt response when called. All in all, Village Crest is deserving of its excellent reputation!

Positive experience: So thankful for Village Crest! They took excellent care of my mom for over two weeks. Care and PT/OT were superb. Only wish there was one care coordinator...was hard to find someone to speak to regarding her medical needs and plan. Otherwise, nursing, facility, activities, all terrific.

Fantastic experience: Lauren at Village Crest was so incredibly accomidating and helpful. The staff was just fantastic ???? all the patients are treated like patients and not just a bed. Bravo Village Crest staff for your outstanding help and care☺️

Fantastic experience: I was a patient there in May of 2023. I recommended Village Crest to a friend who needed rehabilitation. I visited him today and he was very happy with the place. He was recently in a different facility and he said Village Crest was far better.

Positive experience: The place is under staffed or everyone is somewhere else. One aid doing above and beyond. We have mom here for 12 days to help her come home. They are not doing what they told us upon admittance. Ten minutes a day will not get her home. Doctors must be on vacation. Sixth day here and no doctor. There have been shifts with great workers!!! It is a hard place to work. I use to do church services in nursing homes. I’ve seen how it works. Now it is my mother. We must pray. David
